Terms of Service

The following terms have these meanings throughout this document:

• “Mintmux,” “we,” “us,” “our” — the Mintmux entity providing AI consulting and engineering services.
• “Site” — mintmux.com and any related web pages or online services we make publicly available.
• “User,” “you,” “your” — any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Site.
• “Content” — all text, graphics, logos, illustrations, animations, code, and other materials published on the Site by Mintmux.
• “Submissions” — any information, ideas, suggestions, or feedback you send to us via contact forms, email, or other channels.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Engagements for paid services are governed by a separate written agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with Mintmux under applicable law and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Mintmux grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal or internal business purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
• Reverse engineer, scrape at unreasonable volumes, or attempt to extract source code or proprietary structure of the Site.
• Probe, attack, or interfere with the Site or its underlying infrastructure, including by introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access.
• Misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person or entity, or submit false information through forms.
• Use the Site or its content to train machine learning models without our prior written consent.

The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, animations, code, and the “Mintmux” name and marks — are owned by Mintmux or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, these Terms do not transfer any rights to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, other than to view content in the normal course of using the Site.

If you submit a contact form, send us an email, or otherwise share ideas, suggestions, or feedback (“Submissions”), you grant Mintmux a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and incorporate the Submissions for any lawful business purpose, without obligation or compensation to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to share any Submission and that it does not contain confidential information of a third party.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or reference third-party tools and services. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party content, products, or practices. Your use of any third-party site or service is subject to that party's terms and policies.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mintmux disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Content on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. Any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mintmux and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mintmux and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your Submissions, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or third-party right.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.

The terms of this Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States if the Customer is located in the United States of America; laws of England & Wales if the Customer is located in Europe. All disputes, differences, claims, and demands arising under or pursuant to this Agreement shall be referred to arbitration and shall be adjudicated in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (I.C.C) in the English language in the State of California if the Customer is located in the United States of America; in London, England if the Customer is located in Europe; in Hyderabad, Telangana India if the Customer is in India; in Singapore if the Customer is located in Asia (except India) or Australia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes take effect when posted; your continued use of the Site after that point constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with any agreement governing a paid engagement, are the entire agreement between you and Mintmux regarding the Site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them freely.
